Can I keep some dough from my initial sourdough batch and use it to start a new batch?

No, this is a single-use culture and cannot be used for multiple batches.

The recipe uses a freeze-dried culture, rather than a mother, so is designed for ease of use as you do not need to keep any dough and feed the starter to keep it alive for each sourdough batch.

Simply sprinkle in the culture and off you go!
