The amount of water required to dissolve rennet tablets depends on which cheese you are looking to make, please refer to your specific instructions.
However as a general rule of thumb;
- 1/4 tablet per 1 L (1 US qt)- each tablet doses 4 L (4.2 US qt) of milk which is commonly required in our recipes (except for halloumi which requires double the amount).
- Dissolve 1 tablet in 20-40 ml of cool non chlorinated milk.
