Yes, it will be fine unless the outside temperatures are around 60°C (140°F).
Rennet thrives at temperatures in the 29-40°C (84°F) range and will be deactivated completely when it reaches around 60°C (140°F).
My liquid rennet was delivered but was left outside, will it still be ok to use?
