Mad Millie is fully committed to your satisfaction and will replace any faulty products. You can return any faulty products to receive a full refund of the purchase price, or a replacement of the same product or product to the same monetary value if original product unavailable within 30 days of delivery. Mad Millie will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. Delivery charges are non-refundable. 

If you purchased a Mad Millie product from a retail partner of ours (Mad Millie or Bevie Handcraft NZ Ltd), you will need to contact them in regards to the refund or replacement, however, our customer service team is more than happy to provide technical advice for the product or provide any other additional support before you contact our retail partner. 

To return a faulty product you have purchased from our website you will need to contact us in writing with the following information to

  • Let us know when you purchased the product and what your order number was
  • Provide us with as much detail as possible about the issue along with photos and videos to help explain the issues
  • Batch numbers and Best Before Dates (if ingredients) for the faulty product
  • A contact phone number
  • Confirm delivery address for the replacement to be sent, if you need one
Our customer service team will then follow up with an email or a phone call to arrange your refund or replacement. Refunds and replacements will only be processed once all of this information is provided.
