My kombucha isn’t fizzy, why not?

Your kombucha won’t be fizzy from the first ferment as the kombucha culture needs to breathe (have access to air) to ferment well.

If you would like fizzy kombucha or flavour infusions complete a second ferment step in a sealed bottle.
