I have forgotten to add the sweetener sachet to my Ginger Beer - what should I do?

The sweetener sachet should be added into the brew at the same time as the yeast however, should you forget to do so, you can add it in at the end of fermentation.

Please note, if you do add your sweetener at the end, you will need to wait 24hours before bottling your brew.
